ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to grant continuous affiliation to the petitioner Institution for conducting B.Ed Course from the academic year 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, and open portal for uploading the student details admitted by the petitioner Institution in B.Ed Course for the academic year 2024-2025 and for remittance of examination fee.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the order dated 28.02.2025, whereunder the application submitted by the petitioner for granting continuous affiliation for the academic year 20242025 was rejected.

3. In view of the aforesaid rejection order, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 28.02.2025, in a manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
