This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned
Warrant of arrest dated 26.09.2024 vide No.232/FC/Gen1/2024 in Cr.M.P No.28 of 2024 in M.C No.72 of 2022 passed by the Family Court Judge (FAC), Pondicherry.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also has made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the fifth respondent is directed to execute the warrant issued as against the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
