ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed to set aside the order in M.P. No.1158 of 2024 in MC No.604 of 2023 dated 22.01.2026 on the file of the V Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The present revision has been filed against the daily order dated 22.01.2026. For ready reference, the daily order is extracted herein below.

4. The only contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was no situation warranting the learned IV Family Court Judge, to pass such an order. While perusing the above order, the same appears to be an interim measure till the petitioner side evidence is closed. Thereby, the learned Judge has actuated the completion of trial at the earliest. While perusing the said order, this Court absolutely does not find any palpable error, therefore, there are no ground to interfere with the same.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
