[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.P.Narayana Prasadh, learned counsel on record for petitioner who was present in Court along with the petitioner (Mr.Senthilkumar) sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' (hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of convenience and clarity).

Learned counsel on record for the petitioner reiterates the aforementioned endorsement in the hearing. 4.

In the light of the aforementioned endorsement and reiteration of the same in the hearing, captioned HCP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of persons concerned with the captioned HCP and the complaint which is said to have been given.
