2. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that in paragraph 6 of the order dated 13.06.2019 passed in the above Review Application, the decision quoted therein had been relied on by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, and not by him.

3. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Registry to substitute paragraph 6 of the order dated 13.06.2019 passed in the above Review Application with the following paragraph:

"6. In the decision relied on by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents in the case of S.Daisant Dollinie vs. The Headmistres, Holy Angels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017, reported in 2013 (1) CWC 39, this Court had held that if there is any error in the date of birth, the remedy open to the aggrieved party is to let in oral and documentary evidence in a Court of competent Civil jurisdiction and obtain a declaration in respect of change of date of birth and that alteration cannot be demanded as a matter of right. Moreover, in the said judgment, the request was confined only to the change of spelling of the name of the petitioner therein and not the date of birth (as sought for by the petitioner herein)."
