This application has been filed to receive as additional document a decree of this Court in C.S.No.305 of 2005 dated 08.08.2005. 2.Though in the Judge's Summons, the learned counsel had stated that the document is xerox copy, it would be advisable that a certified copy is marked during the course of trial. The learned counsel is possesed of the certified copy of the said decree. The same can be marked. This Application stands allowed.
