ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already appointment orders were issued to the selected candidates in Marcy, 2017 by the first respondent/Teachers Recruitment Board pursuant to the Notification dated 28.06.2016. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructous.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
