JUDGMENT

The parties have compromised the appeal suit and Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed into the Court today. The parties were all present in the Court and have stated that the compromise has been entered into amongst themselves. The Memo of Compromise has been taken on file and the appeal is therefore allowed in terms of the Compromise. The terms of Compromise shall form the part of the decree.
