ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2017 for issuance of patta in the petitioner's name for his property situated in S.No.525/7 and 525/8 (Old Survey No.123/1) in Panappatti Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District. 2.

Mr.V.Ravi, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2017 for the issuance of patta, the respondent has not passed any order so far.

Mr.E.Balamurugan, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation and pass orders in accordance with law after giving notice to all the interested parties.

In view of the submissions made on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
