Respondents **RR2 to 5 impleaded as per the order of this court vide order dated 29.01.2015 made in MP.No.2/2015 Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the complaint presented by the petitioner dated 27.08.2014 by fixing a time schedule.

ORDER
Heard Mr.S.Udhayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record. Since the writ petition is disposed of without notice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents 2 to 5, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against them are not gone into and it is left open to be decided by the 1st respondent.
2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the complaint presented by the petitioner dated 27.08.2014 within a time frame. 3.The petitioner filed an application on 27.08.2014 u/s.68 of the Registration Act and the same is pending before the 1st respondent for consideration. Since no orders have been passed till date, the petitioner is before this Court by way of filing the present writ petition.
4.Since the petitioner is entitled to such statutory remedy, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.08.2014 after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 5, who are impleaded, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
