ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned tender notification dated 11.3.2013 and to quash the same so far 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as the collection of entry fee from the allottees/owners of the plot in the Sathangadu Iron and Steel Market complex.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has got instructions to withdraw the writ petition and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.

3. Recording his statement and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, interim order stands vacated and the M.P.No.2 of 2013 is also dismissed. No costs.
