ORDER
This petition has been filed, to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.03.2022 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.03.2022, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.145 of 2022 by the second respondent dated 31.03.2022 and the same has been closed.
3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.
4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.
