This application has been filed seeking to review the order dated 15.9.2014 made in Rev.A.No.257 of 2014.

2. Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the review applicant submitted that a new set of Regulations have been notified by National Council for Teacher Education on 01.12.2014 and that the applicant is prepared to go by the new Regulations.

3. In view of the above submission, this review application is disposed of, directing the National Council for Teacher Education to consider the application of the petitioner for the academic year 2015-2016, in the light of the new Regulations that have come into force. Index : Yes/No 04.02.2015.
