Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condtion that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.152 of 2020 on 17.02.2020.

O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.152 of 2020 on 17.02.2020 to report before the Learned Mahalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.152 of 2020 on 17.02.2020, the petitioner was regularly complying with the condition and thereafter due to lockdown, he was unable to comply with the condition and seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner did not comply with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.152 of 2020 dated 17.02.2020 is modified to the effect the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Mahalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District , after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on the first working day of every month until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
