The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners contended that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, since, EP.No.6 of 2010 in AR.No.372 of 2009, on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore has already been disposed of. He also prayed this court to grant liberty to the revision petitioners to raise all the objections that are raised in the present petition, if another petition is filed.
2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, the revision petitioners are granted liberty to raise all the objections put forth by them in the instant Civil Revision Petition, if another petition is filed.
3. With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
