ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the records and set aside the order dated 05.02.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.384 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode and direct the respondent to investigate the private complaint filed under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C by the petitioner.

2. It is seen that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C, which was filed for directing the respondent to investigate and register the complaint.

3. It is seen that the petitioner sent a complaint dated 25.09.2018 to the respondent and the same was duly received by the respondent on 29.09.2018. In the said complaint, the petitioner specifically stated that the respondent shall take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate action against the accused persons and also seeks police protection.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode in Crl.M.P.No. 384 of 2019 is set aside. This Court directs the respondent police to investigate the private complaint lodged by the petitioner and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
