ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 341,362,448,427 and 506(i) of I.P.C in Cr.No.646 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This Court vide order dated 28.10.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.16731 of 2020 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the very same crime number, however, the petitioner without complying the conditions imposed therein has filed this criminal original petition.

3.Since anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner in the very same crime number, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in this petition. However, this Court grants further period of two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the petitioner, to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 28.10.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.16731 of 2020. 4.This criminal original petition is accordingly disposed of.
