O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime. No.10 of 2018 on the file of 3rd respondent police to C.B.C.I.D to investigate the same and file a final report expeditiously.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.10 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 468, 406, 420,506(i) and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation is pending.

3. It is seen that FIR has already been taken on file in Crime No. 10 of 2018. Hence, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete a fair and proper investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Assistant Commissioner of Police is directed to monitor the investigation, conducted by the 3rd respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
