This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.02.2025 and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner by mentioning the correct survey number as New Survey No.384/10 instead of New Survey No.383/5 with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.K.Duraimurugan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also considering the fact that the representation made by the petitioner is pending before the third respondent, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 2/4

01.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
