ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the 1st respondent vide impugned order in Na.Ka.No. ThoNuPa.1/7101/2011 date 15.10.2012 and quash the same.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents had produced a circular in R.C.No.39020/Legal-4/2014 dated 26.02.2021 from the Department of Employment and Training stating that the petitioner's name was included in the 2015-2016 Training Officer/Technical Assistant/Assistant Apprenticeship Advisor (Junior) Panel and the petitioner has been promoted as Training Officer vide first respondent proceedings No:TP1/42611/2016 dated 24.10.2017.

3. In view of the letter dated 26.02.2021 stating that the petitioner has been promoted in the year 2017, no further adjudication is necessary in this matter.

4. Recording the letter dated 26.02.2021, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
