ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to effect mutation on all revenue records viz. Patta, Chitta, Adangal and A-Register Extract in favour of the petitioners and other coowners in respect of the lands of an extent of 0.97.0 hectares, comprised in Survey No.46/2-B, at Sarkar Periyapalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tirupur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2016 and 30.07.2017. 2.
Mr.A.V.Raja, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representations dated 02.06.2016 and 30.07.2017, the 1st respondent has not passed any orders so far.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, the learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law. 4.
In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.06.2016 and 30.07.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
