The revision is directed against the order passed in M.P. in R.C.O.P.,

which is appealable under Section 23 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act. Hence, the present revision is not maintainable. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as not maintainable, with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority. No costs. C.M.P. is closed.

20.02.2017 Registry is directed to return the impugned order/decree to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
