Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer: This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to call for the entire records in the First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2011 dated 28.07.2011 registered by the 1st respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 342, 387, 406, 418, 420, 468, 471 and 506(i) r/w 120(B) of IPC as against the petitioner and to quash the said First Information Report.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, on instructions from Mr.P.Krishnamoorthy, Head Constable (HC319), C.B.C.I.D., Tirupur District, who is present in court, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of the 2nd respondent G.Srinivasan originally a case in Crime No.22 of 2011 was registered by the 1st respondent police and thereafter, on 22.05.2013, the case was transferred to the file of C.B. C.I.D., Tirupur, for further investigation and after completing investigation the Inspector https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Police, C.B. C.I.D., Tirupur, has filed final report in C.C.No.81 of 2013 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur in which the petitioner was shown as A3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the petitioner died on 19.05.2015.
