Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of interim stay, staying the operation of the order of dismissal from service passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka. Pa.A3/ T.P. No.24/ 2008 dated 4.3.2014 as modified by the 1st respondent in his proceeding bearing Rc. No.163136/ AP.IV (1)/ 2015 dated 30.10.2016 in (WMP NO.1283/2017 in WP NO.1353/2017). Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.SENTHILVEL Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has been compulsorily retired from service vide the impugned order & therefore, the question of granting interim order does not arise at all.

2.Therefore, the petition is dismissed.
