ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.19 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025 and consequently, direct the respondent to file final report before the concern Judicial Magistrate.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that it is a job rocketing case and investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.19 of 2025 within a period of three months from today.
