PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent to issue/deliver the copies of the documents relevant of the accident Vehicle TATA Indica car bearing registered number TN09-BF-3778 which is in the accident in connection with the Crime No.2240 of 2020 dated 19.10.2020 on the file of the second respondent police.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue/deliver the copies of the documents relevant of the accident Vehicle TATA Indica car bearing registered number TN-09-BF-3778 which is in the accident in connection with the Crime No.2240 of 2020 dated 19.10.2020 on the file of the second respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to issue the copies of the documents relevant to the Vehicle TATA Indica car bearing registration number TN-09-BF-3778 which was involved in the accident in connection with the Crime No.2240 of 2020 dated 19.10.2020 to the petitioner, within in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
