ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a directing in the nature of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 31.12.2014 for mutation of all records in respect of the property measuring about 2820 square comprised at Plot No.1, Bharathidasan Street (2nd Street), Thirupur Kumaran Colony, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 based on the registered settlement deed dated 02.08.2010 executed in his favour by his mother Mrs.L.Saroja Ammal.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had instruction from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and therefore, he sought permission of this court to withdraw https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
