ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, namely, H.Bilal, S/o.Hussain, who has been branded as 'Black Marketer' as contemplated under the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980), and detained under orders of second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent passed in S.C.No.47/2018 (CS) dated 06.08.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent against the husband of petitioner in S.C.No.47/2018 (CS) dated 06.08.2018, is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.292, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department, dated 12.09.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
