O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to take into account his service from 1981 to 1988 for the purpose of computing pension and settle all other terminal benefits in pursuance of his representations dated 05.05.2014 and 02.11.2015. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the relief sought for herein was partially granted, however, the terminal benefits have not yet been settled and that the petitioner has approached the respondents for the terminal benefits.

3.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing remains to be done in this writ petition, except directing the respondents to consider the subsequent representation, if any, made by the petitioner and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
