The petitioners have filed this Writ petition seeking quashment of the order passed by the 1st respondent in GA.No.10/2017 dated 30.11.2017, confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Application No.12/2015 dated 11.04.2017.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that, pursuant to the order of the Controlling authority, the entire amount was deposited before the Controlling Authority and the same was subsequently withdrawn by the 3rd respondent. 2/6
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
