O R D E R

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.2767 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.149 of 2020 dated 09.03.2020 to appear before the Trichy Town Police Station Station and modify to appear before the respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were enlarged on bail vide order dated 09.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.2767 of 2020 pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.149 of 2020 with the condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties to the satisfaction of XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet, Chennai and the petitioners 1 and 2 shall stay at Trichy and appear before the Trichy Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3.He further submitted that the petitioners complied with the condition till 20.03.2020 and due to Covid-19 pandemic the petitioners were unable to stay in Trichy and they returned to Chennai. The petitioners are street vendors and due to the condition imposed, they were unable to carry out their work and make earnings for their family and prays to modify the condition imposed on them.

4.In view of the same, this Court inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender Month at about 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
