ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "directing the 1st Respondent to pass orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 04.07.2025, within a stipulated time frame."

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in 24 Veerapandi, Panchayat Union Middle School, Periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore District. While so, he was arrested under Section 9(f)(m) r/w 10 of POCSO Act in Crime No.6 of 2023, which was registered based on the complaint given by the student of the School. Thereafter, the petitioner was suspended from service and a charge memo was issued to the petitioner and an explanation was sought by the 3rd respondent. 3.Thereafter, the petitioner gave detailed explanation dated 11.11.2024 and then, he was called for personal enquiry. After the enquiry, the petitioner was dismissed from service vide proceedings dated 14.05.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent. Against the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 04.07.2025, which was not taken into consideration to date by the 1st respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, on merits and in accordance with

law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
