This petition is filed to condone the delay of 299 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Anandakumar, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Ms.K.Jenitha, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is 299 days. Despite counter having been filed and it is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents to condone the delay, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 299 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
