2. Heard Mr.G.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent and Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has already been completed; the charge sheet has been filed on 07.10.2022.
