Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in Na.Ka.No.15731/2013.CP, dated 06.08.2013 on the file of the first respondent and the consequential communication as made in Na.Ka.No.4683/2010 br.k.3, dated 04.08.2014 on the file of the second respondent herein, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to extend the benefit as per the G.O.Ms.No.161, Housing and Urban Development (UD4)(3) Department, dated 26.06.2013.
