ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that one of the local residents has approached this Court, contending that TASMAC retail vending shop is situated in a residential area and that an impugned order dated 21.03.2014 had granted relief to the respondents and accordingly the shop at No.384 at Brick-Kiln Road, Otteri, ought to be shifted to some other place. The respondents have filed a counter affidavit stating that the TASMAC shop situated at No.384 at Brick-Kiln Road, Otteri has been permanently closed for safety purposes, as the building is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in a dilapidated condition and that the shop is not functioning from 29.12.2014. In view of the submission made by the first respondent's counsel, as stated in paragraph 2 of the counter, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the connected in M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed. No costs.
