Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement:

"Hon'ble Division Bench has passed an order in respect of same Survey Number in Korattur Dhanalakshmi Nagar on 10.01.2019 in W.P.No.28306 of 2018. This case may be dismissed as withdraw.".

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
