ORDER

[Order of the court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This court by order dated 02.11.2018 in WP.No.28961 of 2018, directed the respondent authorities to file a report relating to pending rental arrears due to the temples under the control of the HR&CE Department. For the alleged non-compliance of the said order by the respondent authorities, the petitioner has preferred this contempt petition.

2.Heard the petitioner as party-in-person and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.In view of the order dated 07.06.2021 passed by this Bench, in suo motu WP No.574 of 2015 etc. batch, no further order needs to be passed herein. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to place all the materials before the authorities concerned, if required.
