3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant / first defendant and also the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff.

Following the ruling given in 2001 (3) SCC 1[Bipin Shantilal Panchal -vs-State of Gujarat and another], the documents are to be taken on file and marked as exhibits, however subject to admissibility, proof and relevancy. 5.It is also represented by the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff that some of the documents are xerox copies. and naturally, the issue of admissibility has to be decided in accordance with law.
