Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, the Petitioners have made a representation dated 04.03.2013 to the 3rd Respondent herein, in respect of their grievance and he prayed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioners in accordance with law, within a stipulated period.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents has no serious objection to the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioners.

4.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the Respondents herein to consider the Petitioners' representation dated 04.03.2013 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
