This Civil Revision Petition is preferred against the order passed in I.A.No. 1 of 2021 in I.A.No. 859 of 2018 in O.S.No. 206 of 2011 and O.S.No.168/2017 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu. Wherein the petitioner herein has filed the petition to review the order passed in I.A.No. 859 of 2018 dated 16.09.2024 and the same was dismissed by the Trial Court. Aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

Today when the matter was taken up along with C.R.P.No. 1265 of 2022, this Court in the said C.R.P., allowed the application in I.A.No. 859 of 2018, dated 16.09.2021 thereby there is no further orders required in this application.
