CRIME NO.627 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Bail condition imposed in Crl.OP. No.3882 of 2022 on 24.02.2022 with condition that the Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M. until further orders until further orders in the above Cr.No627/2021 on the file of Respondent and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from from 04.03.2022 till date and the investigation is not complied.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 24.02.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.3882 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, is modified to that effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
