(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan,J.) Alleging certain mismanagement in the administration of the Arulmighu Sulakkal Marriamman Thirukkoil, Sulakkal, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District, the petitioner has sent representation to the respondent authorities on 24.4.2017. Since the said representation did not evoke any response from the respondent authorities, the present writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition is filed seeking a directing to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2017 within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the narrow scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, we direct the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.4.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, of course after due notice to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.
