Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Interim Direction directing the 3rd respondent to register the settlement deed, dated 03.03.2022, executed by the petitioner herein in settling the property comprised in Survey No. 545/2 (presently Survey No.545/2B) of Kandiankovil Village, (in WMP.NO.8685 OF 2022) pending disposal of the above WP.NO.8859 OF 2022.

The present petition has been filed seeking interim relief. The relief sought for in this petition is akin to the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition. Therefore, granting relief herein would be nothing but giving relief in the main Writ Petition which cannot be granted.
