Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned auction notice dated 27.03.2010 issued by the 2nd respondent herein relating to the joint family property situate in Ranipet Municipality ward B, Block No.3, Town survey No.39/2, 40/2 and 41 at old door No.11, New Door No.8, Gandhi Road, Ranipet, Vellore District and quash the same with a direction to the 2nd respondent to follow the due process of law in taking away action against the above said immovable property.
