This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the show cause notice issued to initiate proceedings under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already surcharge proceedings were initiated, final order has been passed by the 1st respondent and nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

3.Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
