O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P. No. 17249 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 15, and consequently to defreeze the respective accounts maintained with R2 to R6 banks and transfer the amount to the petitioner's account.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Pursuant to the order passed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate in Crl.M.P. No. 17249 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024, the concerned bank, by its communication dated 29.03.2025, informed that the direction could not be complied with as there was no amount available in the said account. However, it was further stated that if any amount is credited in the future, the same would be remitted, and a hold has been marked on the account for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/-.

4. In view of the above, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
