ssi Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime No.21 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a overt act against the petitioner in respect of SC & ST Act. Hence, the present anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
