the balance subsistence allowance of 50 % of her salary increment on promotions in short, all monetary benefits.

This writ petition has been filed to call for the impugned order of the 1st respondent under Ref.Na.Ka.No.15638/Nir 5-1/2015, dated 24.06.2016 to attend the enquiry on 14.07.2016 at 11am after framing the charges under Rule 17(b) Tamilnadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeals) and quash the same as illegal, ultra vires and against the order of the Hon'ble Single Judge in W.P.No.13923 of 2016 dated 22.04.2016 and direct the respondents to pay all her attendant and retiral benefits including the balance subsistence allowance of 50 % of her salary increment on promotions in short, all monetary benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
