(CR.NO.166/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on First and Fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.831/2022 in Crl.Op.No.21147/2021 dated on 31.01.2022.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.21147 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
